As we deal in fashion jewellery, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos or videos of the product.

Once your request is verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:
• No returns or exchanges for change of mind.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return or refund.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
